Data Protection & Privacy

We keep personally identifiable information relating to queries on a dedicated secure database so that we can monitor, evaluate and continually improve the service we provide.

1. The information you supply and the response we give will be treated as confidential and will be stored securely by DSMIG.
2. We will never pass on personally identifiable information to a third party without obtaining your prior permission
3. DSMIG may produce reports on the use of the information query service to enable us to monitor and develop the service. These reports will be based on anonymous data which means that individuals will not be named nor will data be given that could enable an individual to be identified.
