DSMIG Activities at RCPCH Meeting, York

March 26th - 29th 2007

Open Business Meeting

As in previous years we will hold an ‘open’ business meeting during the York meeting. This will be on:

Tuesday March 27th, 12 – 2pm (approx)
( i.e. during the lunchbreak of the BACD session.)

All (including non-members) are welcome. The venue will be listed in the main programme. Lunch will be provided.

This is a very informal meeting which we use as an opportunity to catch up with members, to welcome new members, and hopefully to recruit some more. Please come if you can.

DSMIG Information Board

We will also have an information board in the ‘Charities’ section in the Trade Area on Monday afternoon and Tuesday where we will post any other information relevant for members.

Social Events – Mon 26 March

As in previous years we will probably meet for drinks at the Harlow Printing stand in the Trade area on the Monday evening – the official time is 6 or 6.30 – it will be in the programme.

Some of us will then go on for supper in the Brasserie at the Pavilion hotel in Fulford. If you are likely to be interested in joining us for supper please email Jennifer jendennis@rmplc.co.uk before Friday 23rd or, if later, leave a message on her mobile 07748 186734 as a booking needs to be made at the hotel.
