At this meeting, you will gain a good understanding of the neurological causes of regression in CYP with DS also how dementia presents in adults with DS and the latest research into the pathophysiology and potential treatment of dementia in DS.
Also covered will be sleep difficulties in CYP with DS, the running of a “one-stop-shop” medical clinic for CYP with DS – evaluation of patient experience as well how epilepsy presents in CYP with DS and a recent audit looking at the prevalence of epilepsy syndromes in DS.
